six children were born: Nora Edna, born Dec. 4, 1891, died July 4, 1924; Faustin, born Feb. 15, 1897, married Anna Livingstone, and they have three children, Faustin Jr., Dean and Doris Romaine; U. Grant, born May 23, 1899, was graduated from Millersville Normal School, served as principal of Mine No. 37 schools for three years, also the Oakland schools for two years, attends the University of Pittsburgh; Trella Elva, born Jan 13, 1905, died May 10, 1914; Algie Earl, born July 31, 1907, attends Virginia High School; and Kenneth Lester, born Oct. 27, 1910, attends Richland Township High School.
    Mr. Weaver is a Republican and has served as school director for seven years. He is a deacon of the Mennonite Church and is a substantial citizen of his community.




    W. J. McKeown, is a highly esteemed business man of Johnstown, where he is general manager of the Central Contractors Supply Company. He was born in Pittsburgh, where he spent the early years of his life. After completing his schooling he entered the offices of the Carnegie Steel Company, in Pittsburgh, and was later connected with the sales department of the Universal Portland Cement Company. He was identified with the Atlas Cement Company of New York City at the time of his enlistment for service during the World War. Mr. McKeown served with the First Division with the rank of captain and served overseas for 18 months.
    After his discharge from the army in 1919 Mr. McKeown returned to the employ of the Atlas Cement Company, with whom he was identified until 1922, when he accepted his present position with the Central Contractors Supply Company.
    George E. Prindible is vice president of the Central Contractors Supply Company. He is also president of the First National Bank of Patton, president of the Grange National Bank of Patton, and president of the Keystone Bank of Spangler. He is prominent in banking circles of Cambria County as well as various business activities, being identified with the Patton Clay Manufacturing Company, president of the Binghamton (N. Y.) Company the Consolidated Brick Company of Horseheads, N. Y., and the Lock Haven Brick & Tile Company. He is largely interested in the distributing yards for this line of products in New York, Philadelphia, Boston, Buffalo, Altoona, Johnstown and Pittsburgh. Mr.
