Ebensburg, for about thirty years. He was a member of the Christian Church and was one of the elders. He is buried in the family plot at Lloyd Cemetery, in Ebensburg. Dr. F. C. Peters is a successful and well known dentist of Hastings. He was born at North Warren, Pa., June 16, 1893, the son of Victor and Mary (Giesselbrecht) Peters. Both Victor Peters and his wife were born in Alsace-Lorraine, and at an early age came to this country and settled at North Warren, Pa., where they were married. They had three children: Dr. F. C., the subject of this sketch; Anna Victoria, married R. H. Trusler, lives at Warren, Pa.; and one child died in infancy. Mr. Peters is retired, and with his wife lives at North Warren, Pa. After completing his early schooling at North Warren, and graduating from Warren High School, class of 1910, F. C. Peters entered the University of Pittsburgh, from which he received his degree in 1914 with first honors in a class of 65. In that year he established his practice at Hastings and has met with success. |
