WISSINGER -- Moses H., 83, 629 Maple St., South Fork, died Oct. 27, 1975, at Lee Hospital, Johnstown. Born March 23, 1892, in Johnstown, son of Frank and Catherine (Eash) Wissinger. Preceded in death by parents; two brothers, Frank and Levi; and two sisters, Tillie and Mary. Survived by widow, former Mahala Bortel, and these children: Bernice, Lynchburg, Va.; and Sheldon W., South Fork RD 1; also three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Brother of Walter, Stoystown RD 3. Member of First United Methodist Church, Lions Club and Knights of Malta, all of South Fork. Life member of South Fork Volunteer Fire Company. Member of Local 542, United Transportation Union. Retired locomotive engineer of former Pennsylvania Railroad. Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Home J. George Funeral Home, South Fork, where funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, the Rev. G. K. Tulloch. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery. Lions Club service of remembrance at 8 p.m. Wednesday. |
