Son of Former Governor Bigler Dead at Clearfield
Edmund A. Bigler, aged sixty-six, formerly Collector of Internal Revenue, Western District of Pennsylvania, under both Cleveland Administrations, died at Clearfield, Pa., Monday morning after an illness of twelve years. He was a son of former Gov. William Bigler and prominent in State Democratic politics for many years, being a candidate for State Treasurer in 1889. His wife, one son and two daughters survive, also one brother, H. W. Bigler, all of Clearfield. |
