| Dies in County Jail, John McCall, Sentenced Recently, Victim of Scrofula John McCall, who was two weeks ago sentenced by the court to one year in the Western Penitentiary for burglary, died at the county jail Sunday morning of scrofula. He was 31 years of age. McCall was indicted for breaking into a house in Cambria City and stealing a watch. He pleaded guilty to the charge and was sentenced as stated. McCall's mother is said to be a resident of Pittsburg. |
