| Ebensburg Alleghanian; Thursday, 09 Jun 1864 We neglected to chronicle last week the death of Mr. John V. Myers of Pittsburg, father-in-law of our fellow townsman, John Fenlon, Esq. He died on the 26th ultimo. He was sitting on a chair, talking to some friends when all at once he fainted away, and in a few moments life had become extinct. He had just arrived here on a visit, looking hale and hearty as usual when death so suddenly overtook him. He was aged about sixty years |
