Two Patton Men Dead
Patton, Sept. 4 -- Two well known residents of Patton have passed away within the last 24 hours. John Stull, aged 58 years, died of asthma yesterday morning. His body will be taken to Roaring Spring for interment. Besides his wife, Mr. Stull is survived by these children: Henry of Pittsburg; Mrs. Florence Bush of Patton; Samuel, at home; Philip of Patton; Mrs. Esther Killen of Shenandoah; Mrs. Susan Gillery of Dubois and Viola and Mary, at home.
Jacob Martz, aged 56 years, died at 4:35 yesterday afternoon. His wife and two sons, William of DuBois and Homer, survive, in addition to a daughter, Mrs. Etta Hennigan and a stepdaughter, Mrs. Edith Dumm of Patton. The funeral will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o’clock. Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery. |
