Armstrong, Frances M., Vine Street Towers died Aug. 7, 1993, at Mercy Medical Center. Born in Johnstown, daughter of late Christopher and Agnes (Sloan) Harlan. Preceded in death by husband, Richard; son, Thomas; sisters, Rose Vogel, Catherine Cuthbert, Regina Kiel, Agnes Hart and Madeline Barrett; and brother, Christopher Harlan. Survived by daughters, Bernadine, married to to William Himes, Johnstown; Mary, married to Thomas Kinsey, Bedford; son, Richard H., Johnstown; and sister-in-law, Betty Harlan, Johnstown; also 12 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Member of Catholic Daughters and St. John Gualbert Cathedral, where Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday, the Rev. Msgr. George Flinn. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Frank Duca Funeral Home, downtown chapel, corner of Jackson and Locust streets. Interment, St. John Cemetery |
