FORGAS, Joseph R., 69, Pittsburgh, formerly of Johnstown, died Feb. 19, 1973, at Homestead Hospital. Born Oct. 25, 1903 in Johnstown, son of Joseph and Mary (Baker) Forgas. Preceded in death by parents, and these sisters and brothers: Clara Murry, Helen Tishue, Agnes Link, Edward, Frank, Leo and Henry. Survived by widow, former Esther Stratton; daughter, Mrs. Sylvia Hurley, state of Indiana; and brother, Bernard, 226 Fairfield Ave.; also 5 grandchildren. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at A. A. Wagner Funeral Home, where funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, interment, Grandview Cemetery. |
