Samuel James Pesto, 20, of Westmont, died March 29, 2017 at home. Born September 7, 1996 in Altoona, son of Keith A. and Nancy R. (Rudisill) Pesto.
Preceded in death by his grandfather George Pesto.
Survived by his parents, brother Mark Edward Pesto, all of Johnstown, grandmother Ruth Pesto of Mt. Airy MD, aunts and uncles Michael, married to Annie Pesto of Sykesville MD, Brian Pesto of Mt. Airy, MD, Suzanne, wife of William Middleton of Selbyville DE, Elaine, wife of Victor Taylor of Mt. Airy MD, and Susan Weaver of Mertztown; cousins Christopher Pesto, Jennifer and Brian Peisach, Sarah Taylor, Katelyn and Zoe Taylor, Robert and Andrew Weaver.
Sam was a 2014 graduate of Bishop McCort Catholic High School. He was a Junior Chemistry Major at Pitt Johnstown.
All are welcome to attend a Funeral Mass on Monday, April 3, 2017 at Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church at 1:00 p.m. Very Rev. Mark S. Begly.
