SUSKO – Paul Andrew, 83, Mount Hope, passed away March 7, 2021 at Windber Hospice. Born September 4, 1937, in St. Michael, son of Andrew and Ella (Yauneridge) Susko. Preceded in death by parents; and sister Mary Ella Wirfel.
Survived by loving wife of 56 years, Marian (Profaizer) Susko, whom he married October 3, 1964; sons, David, married to Betsy (Gray), Huntingdon; and Brian Susko, Mount Hope; brother, James, married to Anna (Russ), South Fork; brother-in-law, Claude Wirfel, New Germany; and twin grandsons, Nathan and Nolan Susko.
1955 graduate of Adams Township High School. He retired from the Social Security Administration after 42 years of service. Member of St. Gregory Catholic Church, Daisytown; and the Knights of Columbus. Paul enjoyed traveling and attending high school athletic events.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Charles O. Dimond Funeral Home, Inc., South Fork, where vigil will be held at 7:45 p.m. Tuesday.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Gregory Catholic Church, Father Callistus I. Elue Celebrant.
Following cremation, committal will be held at Mount Hope Cemetery. Obituary provided by the Charles O. Dimond Funeral Home. Newspaper date unknown.
