JOHN E. FLEEGLE DEAD AT KANTNER
Well Known Resident of Somerset County Had Been Ill About Four Months
John E. Fleegle, a well-known resident of this place died at 5 oclock last evening after an illness of about four months from a complication of diseases. Mr. Fleegle was born August 28, 1866, at Shanksville, Somerset County, and was aged 50 years and 10 months.
Beside his wife, Mrs. Effa Johnson Fleegle, Mr. Fleegle is survived by nine children, as follows: George, married and living in Kantner; John Henry, Kate, Martha, Elsie, Blanche, Ethel and Mollie, all at home, and Mary, wife of Frank Lydel, of Ohiopyle Falls. Two daughters, Lizzie and Ida, are dead.
Mr. Fleegle is also survived by two brothers Ralph, of Johnstown, and George, who resides in Ohio and three sisters, Mrs. Milton Lambert, of Johnstown: Mrs. Monroe Walker, of Somerset, and Mrs. Cornelius Lohr, of Otterbein, Somerset County.
Mr. Fleegle was a member of Somerset Camp, S. of V., members of which camp and Stoyestown Camp will attend and officiate at the funeral, which will take place on Sunday at 2 p. m. at Lambertsville.
